- In personal detail you have to attach your passport size photograph & signature.
- Both the photograph(250 * 250 px) and Signature(200 * 90 px) should be less than
50KB.
- Send Demand Draft from any nationalize banks favoring 'Dakshin Gujarat
Vij Company Limited' and payable at Surat only.
- After that click on "Next" button and enter all Educational details.
- After that click on "Next" button and attach Scanned copy of the following document
in JPG , JPEG , PNG , GIF , BMP or PDF format only(Documents file size should be
less than 150KB).
- Attested School Leaving Certificate for birth date verification.
- Caste Certificate of Gujarat state only(for SC/ST & SEBC only).
- Latest Non Creamy Layer Certificate(પરિશિષટ-ક)
issued in Gujarati in case of SEBC.
- Attested copy of Graduation Marksheets.
- Attested copy of Degree Certificate.
- Attested copy of G.C.C.(Government Commercial Certificate) Speed Test in Gujarati and Shorthand Certificate.(For Post of Gujarati Stenographer only)
- After that click on "Next" button and enter password and confirm it.
Note – Password must be between 8 and 10
characters, contain at least one digit and one alphabetic character, and must not
contain special characters.
You will be provided an Auto generated USER-ID which will be useful to you for future
references.
Note – Don’t Forget User Id & Password.
- Using the User-Id given to you do Login and Edit your application if required and
then conform it and take print out.
Note – After conform you cannot make any
changes to your application.
- Use Internet Explorer / Mozila Firefox browser only and please don’t click on refresh/back
button during application filling process.
- Duplicate application for the same post will lead to disqualification
